Hello. encountered a very strange problem.
The thing is that my ads are not shown on the main key, but are shown only with additional words in the key, let me give you an example.
Let's say that my key advertised: Zoom, I insert it in the cabinet, it is approved, but the ads are shown only on the keys: "zoom forum", "zoom tasks" and others, the idea I think you understand. on these keys very bad and small traffic and not the one I need. But the competitor is on the MAIN key "zoom" and it is visible, but I have in my advertising cabinet if you look at what keys I am shown, there is not even the key "zoom".
Tried to put the strategy "maximum clicks", and "CPC manual", nothing helps, Google does not want to show me at all on the main key for some reason.
I thought I'd try putting the key in brackets to match the exact match." {zoom} ", so that google has no way out and he showed only on the direct key, but did not try, because the competitor stands and on other keys too, even if one letter not to complete "zoo" it is still shown, so ruled out this guess.

Who understands what is the matter and how to solve it, please tell me? I will be extremely grateful for any help and for sound advice!

Exact match keywords are marked with these [ ], not with these { }.
Are you sure you don't run on it? Did you check your search terms? Take a look at your negative keywords, is your bid appropriate?

yes, I typoed, the dot match should correctly look like you said in those brackets [ ].
I didn't use those brackets, I just used just the broad key without anything, either in quotes "", but that doesn't help me.
I thought about using [ ], but I'm not sure if that helps me, because the competitor is most likely without those brackets, because it's showing up on all the different keys.
Minus words I did not put in, the rate allows, the key planner says that the maximum price per click 0.01, but I CPC put 1.5$, this I think is enough.

Did you check your search terms? You may have some impressions for this keyword. When you look for things yourself you can often get the wrong impression.
There's the ad preview and diagnosis tool that can show you if you're eligible to appear there, and the auction insights can shen more light on that.

No, you have no idea what I'm talking about.
In my case, I look at the statistics from the Google adwords advertising cabinet, which keys were clicked on, and in these statistics there is not even the key "zoom", for example, which I put in the ad, there are completely different keys,
" zoom forum "
" zoom check " and others, it would be okay if there was this key and pbyval 0 shows, but it is not even there and I never see my ads on this main key, on which I want to show, although the competitor is there in the output.

Can be because zoom is trade marked term that is why Google ads might not approve to run on it or can be still 5 days learning period of ad not finished

You do know he does not have to help you right?
why do you say that?)
I'm using a translator and it probably doesn't convey my thoughts correctly..(

Yes, but the competitor is in the output and he is approved to show on this key, so I conclude that it is real.
About the 5 days, yes, they have not yet passed, but can Google not show ads in the first 5 days for the desired key, and then suddenly start to show?

Probably that's why, because your comment came off as quite rude. But if English is not your first language then it makes sense. Forget about it. All good!

Yes after first 5 days it might show, just monitor all search terms under insights tab and put to negative keyword list those you don't want. And make sure zoom keyword put as exact match

Honestly, it's the first time I've heard that the keyword I put in the ad will be shown only after 5 days, and before that I will be shown by absolutely other keys, but not "zoom" that I put in.
But I didn't use zoom as an exact match, I used the broad keyword zoom and I also tried putting the phrase keyword in quotes "zoom", but it doesn't even exist in the Insights tab, so I'm a bit confused as to how this is possible because I'm encountering this for the first time.

remove broadkeyword zoom. Then add exact match of zoom then need wait and see what happens

I changed the key to point matching, we'll see how that helps. will post tomorrow with results. Thanks for the advice!

These are things you need to check:

-Campaign budget,
-Account budget (if its not auto payment),
-Ad power

Your welcome
I didn't put the key in the square brackets, the key is still generic, but today in the insights tab the original key appeared with 1 show and 1 click. I excluded a lot of keys I don't need and now I hope as soon as 5 days pass ads will appear for the key I need on a regular basis.

Put it in square bracket or else google will show more for other keys than the one you want

I am not helped by the conclusion in square brackets. still shows go on other keys, but not on the one I need. I am confused and do not understand what it can be associated with, my ads are up completely and I get no traffic at all....
The problem is still relevant, can anyone help and tell me what to do?...(
