No because its trackable after a point, because its the same 100 accounts doing it. There is a concept of engagement groups which used to work really well before, but even in those everytime you would get likes from different accounts, even this strategy stopped working.

It means you create a bunch of child accounts to push traffic to the Mother/Main Account. To know more about it, search on BHW and there are 2-3 threads about it

You need different phones and sim cards, your setup is caught if your accounts get suspended right away.

Yes it will but insignificantly.
Somehow IG will find out, and when it sees that the engagement are always coming from the same accounts, it will no longer be effective going forward, especially helping the account to hit explore or post go viral.

I'm not sure there's a limit to now many accounts you can create unless it's through a mass action.
