Google is now filtering AI generated content

Google has now start taking actions against those who are using AI based and poor content just for the sake of rankings.

What you guys think, does AI content is now banned?

I don't think so.

there are no banned issue with Ai content . The problem is you cannot rank your website with AI content .It's so difficult cause Google always give top priority human writing content.

Using AI enough you can get a feel for the markers that tend to exist when something is AI. It's fairly straight forward to account for those markers.
