Just a feedback, most of the time your website looks dead to me. I thought to get gold subscription what I see is pricing page is dead. Different types of issues comes with your own website. I wonder if its safe to buy your subscription and download themes and plugins. One of my friend did got a subscription before but recently your website is acting weird. Which wordpress version, theme and plugins are you using that's causing all these issues? I also reported a issue with your website 3-4 days ago also.

Hi @coldice and @d0n1, we are sorry about the issue.
We had a core plugin updated automatically during our night time.
Fortunately, we were able to fix it and everything should act normally now.
