Could I get my website taken down if I don't sell iptv directly on my website ? There would be no shop on website just info about the service, you'd have to fill out the contact form and then purchase the service directly from me.
I got a facebook page taken down with just one report from media company whose channels I include in the service so I was wondering how it goes with websites ?
Also could I hide my hosting with cloudflare so they can't file DMCA to hosting provider ?

it's one of the most risky niches to participate in.
torrentfreak.com has a post once a month about a big IPTV seller getting busted by feds, all assets forfeited, and lengthy prison sentence.
i would see how big guys are doing it and just clone their operation. they been in the show long enough to hopefully cover their tracks.
nobody can guarantee you will be safe doing it xyz way.
fyi dmca can come to your cloudflare account just as fast, and get you booted off.
i would just go with namesilo for domains (they always ignored my dmca's but ymmv), reputed offshore for host (shoutout knownsrv.com), cloudflare is fine until you get your domain banned. you can probably set up a telegram bot if you wanted to automate the payment so you're not hiring a VA or doing that tedious stuff manually.

I already have one IPTV site that is up and running for the past 3-4 years, but it's not that big cuz I didn't expect it to get me any customers when I made it so I didn't put much work into SEO, ranked 6-9th for some keywords . Now I wanted to make another one and go all out with blog and everything cuz it's super lower competition since it's iptv for 3rd world countries.

In my country there is marketplace similar to ebay and hundreds of people sell iptv there without any issue, it's not that big of a deal unless u make it BIG BIG time (even then I doubt u'd be in trouble), my cousin whose iptv I sell got dmca once and he just removed the channels from that media company for a while and added them back after some time so it's completely differnt to US, Germany etc..

My main concern is that site gets taken down somehow, like I'd bust my ass for months creating all the content and hosting provider goes "hey buddy u got 24hrs to delete this shit or ur account is gone".

I checked some of the competition and it seems most of them don't care, I can find out everyone's hosting provider which r mainly hostinger, namecheap or some hosting provider from my country but the biggest competitor uses cloudflare and everyone's got domain protection

If DMCA comes to cloudflare could I just create new account and set it up again ? I didn't know u could get ur domain banned, I got it from hostinger. Does knownsrv ignore every DMCA ?

this is nature of anything black hat. rug can be pulled from under you at any moment. just gotta roll with it.

if cloudflare strikes you with dmca they blacklist your domain as well. you can make new account using new email, but you can't re-use that domain, ever.

i cant guarantee every, im just a customer what do i know. im sure if someone big enough knocks on their door they may fold. same goes for any vendor. i had around 60 ignored between me and my partner. never had an issue.

It's always the people who provide this pirate content that are jailed. Not resellers.

You can use a whmcs website and sell directly from there. Won't have any issues.

Also, what payment gateways ru using?
