You should try adding other content to choose the best one, when ads are used for a long time they can also be scanned by Facebook.

It might be more effective to figure out the exact reasons why these ads are getting rejected. Sometimes it's something small that you are overlooking. Have you had a chance to really dig into the ad guidelines? There might be nugget of wisdoms there.

The 2nd way is ok already. You can try some cloaking domains to test out also. Using indirect creatives can increase your ROI a bit but worth it if ads can last longer
