I think Change the words and pictures to see which ones the platform likes more. Avoid using words or information that's not allowed, and remove anything that could be confusing .If your ads keep getting rejected, it's a good idea to talk to the platform's support team.

Just like you create a new landing page, and automatically redirect to the original landing page. This new landing page content is clean and it will pass the review bot. However, this needs to be done carefully because your advertising account may be disabled
 
The second way - duplicating ads in multiple groups at the same time can be a good strategy, as it increases your chances of approval by testing on multiple ads. However, you should use cloaking techniques to run BH products
