Does Static residential/ISP proxy country really matters for instagram?

Hi, first of all I am aware mobile proxies are the best choice, however I was using ISP/static residential for past year and it were working fine as long it is a low/0 fraud score. I always use https://scamalytics.com/ip for checking that. Mobile proxies are expensive especially for me - I use over 50 accounts and stict to the rule - maximum 3 accounts per ip. That's why I want to use residential/ISP proxy that is usually without bandwidth limits & costs less than 5$/ip

Few months back few of my current providers dropped down their quality of the proxies. I grow instagram will followers. Few months ago I was able to perform few hunderads follows daily now any of my account with proxies can't do more than 50 follows, even on aged account that were able to perform 500+ follows daily without hitting instagram limit "We Restrict Certain Activity to Protect Our Community" etc. So I came to conclusion of a migrating ip and creating new accounts. I need to switch provider, but I can't find really a lot that offer same country ISP/static residential as mine so I thought maybe somebody know is that really matter or I can just buy ip from other continet with no worries?

Depends on how long ago. State the timeframe when you were able to do 500 follows and what metgod/automation software you used.

Thanks for answer. Doesn't really matter what tool - growbot or any kind of macro script that click on element on website I was able to peform that ammount with like 30-40 sec wait time per follow. Next day I always give a break for account. It's really matter of growing account every day. Example: On first day 10 follows, second break third 20 follow etc.
The first issue with my providers were around 3 months ago. I'm still able to perform 500+ follows on my regular ip, so that's for sure proxy issue.

I think it shouldn't matter as much but you will probably need a decent warming up period on the new IP then you should be good to go.

Yeah just browse around and do very normal actions, nothing that would raise a red flag.

Alright, so I will just migrate the IP, create new chrome profile & login here and don't touch the account for a 2-3 days next I will slowly start do follows again. Thanks for your advices
