A lot of people are spamming twitter keywords like these and getting traffic. They get instant impressions and likes etc like the one in picture to get their tweet on top.
can any one tell how this happens?

It's a quantity over quality thing. If you have a massive stockpile of accounts, go for it and you'll see results. Though, I argue there are better uses for multiple accounts than just spamming like that.

The only thing they could be botting is the replies so they get the boost in Search.

From your screenshot we can see that a famous person got something Leaked online and people are searching for the leaks on Twitter. That's why that Tweet got so many instant impressions, its a hot topic.
