Question: Facebook groups with job in germany niche - how to monetize them?

Hallo Dears,

I`m managing 7 FB groups in niche work in germany.
Mostly users are from Poland.
All of groups are activ and still growing, with real users.
Together they have approx 70 k of users, and I never try to monetize them.

Can you advice, what would be best to menetize them with this niche and how to proceed?

I know in the United States there is lots of affiliate programs for the hiring industry.

You should find the same thing in Poland. Usually you'll get paid on submission of contact information.

You can also...

1) Pay someone to make you your own job board and redirect all the traffic there
2) Pay recruiters to have a sponsored post within the groups
3) Partner up with a resume writing service and get a commission for promoting those services.

Unfortunatelly, there are no affiliates with a job offer in Poland, or I didn`t catch any of them.
Recruiters have free acces to a groups and it is full of job offers already.
CV writing services I already doing by my own company - I tried to promote it in a groups but unfotunatelly with very low feedback.

Well I can't count the number of times someone has a job group and comes here asking how to make money. Before that, if I remember correctly, someone even had a discord group about jobs.
I alone own about 3 job groups, not to mention the groups under 5k, which are even more because in my opinion, it takes at least 15k people/group to be able to earn money from that group. Not to mention setting a price for them to pay me, there are people who only want to pay $5/20k members for advertising posts that I pin for them, some people in that group will definitely object because it is gambling ads ) that weird guy contacted me with that offer. One last way that is not very positive but is for people who need money urgently is to sell the group.
Anyway, that's my experience when holding a few job groups and hope that someone will find the most optimal way to make money and if possible, please share it here with everyone.

You can try calling for donations to support people in need, helping them have a happy Christmas.

If the donation number is $100k, then donate $50k and you can keep that $50k as your own. I see that is what many Vietnamese singers and artists do after every rainy season and natural disaster
After each time, they buy super cars or luxury apartments

Definitly, it`s hard to make money on a pinned posts - I tried it already but offers which I got from potencial advertisers was for sure a penny`s.

Shh, don't say that out loud, if they know the pin has no value, the Facebook group will lose 80% of its value, bro. In fact, if you know how to pin and give the tenant little permissions so they can use the @everyone tag, the pin will still attract readers. Even if spam comments still have people interested and clicking, the pinned article is still more valuable.
Also, I wonder if you are like me, but there are a lot of articles about remote work and work from home that group participants complain about, do you have the same problem as me? If so, I would like to discuss this issue privately

yeah I understand and I'm trying to troll. The comment I wrote above is talking about a celebrity who also made donations like you said and after being influenced by the online community... stopped participating in any donation activities. I don't know if you're Vietnamese or not, but that's a troll when talking about that singer
