There is some info out there explaining what's wrong with Payoneer payments platform.
Recently there have a extreme burocracy policies demanding tons of documents in order to verify a account.
I submit what they want and they reject all documentation even if it's correct.
I confirm and the documents are correct and it matches with what they need but they already reject 7 times my documents.

Anyone face the same situation with Payoneer?

that's weird they are asking for verify my account doing 2 requested tasks.
1st is: addicional line of business which I have to submit 1)work contract 2)Email correspodence with costumer 3)Invoice .. I submitted a lot of documents and they keep denying without explaining what they really want....
2nd: Connection with my account name that I work only with fiverr and upwork to receive payout and I submit my 2 profiles urls from Fiverr and Upwork. but they keep rejecting...

I used already 6 years Payoneer without any problem! and now they are insisting in documents that I have no idea what they are?
Something wrong with them no? Are they become scam?

Yup, try that. Use docusign, and then refer in that document to invoices in the past.

How can I get that from Fiverr or Upwork? There is a need of a documents sign by them too.. that's seems no sense. I work with fiverr for 6 years already without any problem while working with payoneer. wtf???

Yup, try that. Use docusign, and then refer in that document to invoices in the past.

Do you accept payment from other parties apart from fiverr? As far as i know fiverr helps with these things.

payoneer seems weird in last weeks. they are assuming that I'm a big company with lot of burocracy things hahaha.
I'm just a regular user with no company...
WTF wrong with them men..

payoneer is going down,using them for like 7 years i think and this year was terrible with them,they are going down for sure,papers,papers and again papers and i had a payment that was declined by them and took 4 months to get it back,from a scale from 1-10 they deserve -1,i'm stop using them,

The worst thing was they stolle my money from my balance this year with $20 with the apperently justification as "annual fee"... In previous years they never debit that amount!

Something really wrong are happening with Payoneer!

The worst thing was they stolle my money from my balance this year with $20 with the apperently justification as "annual fee"... In previous years they never debit that amount!

They are debit random amounts from users.. WTF??!!! They look like a scam company now! I think I will close my account now! Everyone should stay away from those scammers!
Our data are vulnerable now..

I glad i withdrawal all of my money from the ATM.I only use.I only use Payoneer to collect affiliate comissions and no other purpose.Payoneer is the new Paypal.I need to go to America and get a US bank account.

They are demanding documents that doesnt make sense and After I send they reject it all the time..

I use to have that same problem which was proof of address because the utility bills where in my mother's name but managed to get through because I won't be able to get the debit card in the first place.

I consider close my account. I'm not sure if they are serious anymore.. I think not...

but recently they are charging annual fees and asking all kind of papers papers and more pappers to validate all accounts. even in my case that I use only for receive payments from Fiverr platform, they still asking for documents. at this point they ask for proof of my connection with fiverr which they denied recently my documents submitted 7 times!!..
They can't even explain what kind of documents they want.They start to become SH¡T at this time!..
