That’s very strange. Which country are you in? My application was approved the first time I tried. It should not be more than 3 months back.
What is the exact rejection reason they gave you?
They dont even reply or explain clearly what's going on. They using chat bot to reply to the emails always the same way. There is no humans in support explaining detailed what I need to submit.
Basically they ask for:
1st: "addicional line of business" which I have to submit one of these::
1)work contract
2)Email correspodence with costumer 3)Invoice
2nd: Connection with my account name
I already sent chat transcript , and invoices regarding to my last withdraws with upwork and Fiverr Websites which I work with, but they keep rejecting documents without explaining what's wrong. in Attaached files you can see.
Someone help me with this?

Yes I already did that and they actually are "humans".. but the online chat support its just a bot lol
what you mean dude?.......
they sent a email today explaining with same "bot" message as they sent me 10 times already. the message it's repeated like something automated.
I think I will close PAYONEER this time!
