I purchased the $19 plan and not able to generate a single article because the website is throwing a 504 Gateway time out error..

You must be using small, incapable server?

Sometimes OpenAI has periodic outages, but it happens rarely.

You need to add atleast $5 on openai to get GPT 4 access.
