Do NOT invest in this panel if you are trying to buy views for your YouTube videos. None of their YouTube views ever start even though they mention them as INSTANT START. Their support only send generic responses but never resolve the issue.
Proof attached below that they can't provide ANY YouTube view services & after contacting them, they cancel all the orders.

It's not about getting a refund. It's about getting a service which you can't provide atleast currently. You should disable all of your Youtube view services until you are able to fix them instead of letting customers order them & then not delivering any views.
