Just use chat gpt to create the post and Surfer SEO to optimize it
For blog on main website, I usually use Claude, throw in 3 or 4 articles, maybe a couple of studies. Ask it to summarise it, ask it to come up with a few story angles for my target audience, then ask it to outline an article, then ask it to write each section one by one. Takes a bit longer, but the outputs are far better and it sometimes comes up with unique story angles and things that some of the news sites out there miss from the studies/research papers.
You've always got to keep an eye out for it making up sources and quotes though!
Then I optimise with Frase and post it.
For autoblogging, I usually use the OpenAI API, or I use browser automation to use the Claude web interface.
If you're good with prompt engineering, then either Claude or the OpenAI API are the best to use. Using a good system prompt for GPT-4 will get you a consistent style (tip - use negative prompting for the usual AI-isms and then a "style guide" based on the kind of style you want and you'll get really good outputs) which will keep people reading.
I've tried most of the tools out there and I loved Shortly when it first came out, but I've never been a fan of Jasper - I just think the outputs are a bit too generic. The only one I've regularly used is Frase. Zimmwriter is probably the best of the bunch if you're not very good with prompt engineering. The local buffet is an incredible tool if you want to create website content at scale.

Grammarly is really good for helping rewrite and rephase, Linguix is OK, but I've found that ProWritingAid is the best tool if you want to rewrite and rephrase. Especially to get rid of some of the grammar and spelling mistakes it comes back with.
I don't think there's any need to try and avoid AI detection though. Google doesn't care, and most readers won't even realise as long as it's accurate. It's only the people who use ChatGPT a lot who might even realise that AI was used.
