Sell digital course that isn't yours

I have access to a YouTube course made by YouTube (Google) and a digital agency, with colaboration of successful youtubers.

The course is very complete. It has guides about:
- Content (how to record and edit videos, design guidelines/assets, live streaming)
- Marketing (branding, strategies, miniatures, community, followers, comments)
- Economy (how to make revenue, statistics)
- Interviews with successful youtubers

My plan:
I'm thinking about selling it on "YouTube grow" niche groups (Telegram, Discord, Facebook, etc.). Another option is Fiverr.
Uploading it zipped in parts on Google Drive/Dropbox with password (course total data size is almost 7 GB).
Sending generic messages to social media groups, waiting for direct messages.
Then, offering the course with my PayPal.Me link.
When transaction comes, I give download link and password.

My worries are:
- Being sued or something for copyright.
- The course is free upon (also free) registration on website. However, it was poorly promoted (got just 8.000 registrations and it's one hour videos reach only 1.500 views).
Also, I don't know why, but the course's content (videos & PDFs) is only accesible from inside the course website.
They uploaded the videos on YouTube, but they are hidden (only accesible by link).
Seems silly, because the course is free and they want more people registering...

My advantages are:
- Maybe I won't sell a lot of courses, so I won't be on their radar to sue me, or they won't see it as worth it.
- I can sell the entire course for $14 ~ $30 maybe.
- Even though the course is free, it is hidden and few people know about it

OP, it's unlikely that you are going to be sued if this course is from someone located abroad. If it happens, it's because you are making much money and not under the radar

I will say don't sell something that's free and on top of that, big dogs are involved in this so you will get caught faster than you can imagine, believe me.

Why don't you just become an affiliate of some other course and promote it. Then you earn legit money for which you can be proud of.

I dont know about public domains, but there is alot info about plr on youtube and google,But in short, they are rights-free e-books that can be sold by anyone
