Thanks to everyone for your suggestions. Account got recovered by contacting Facebook employee who is a friend of a friend of a friend of ours. Oops.. their support system is very bad as nothing happened even after raising complaint from an advertising account.

Contact to Instagram support. I have had this experience before. They asked for a selfie video then I got my account back

there is a window in which you can recover your Instagram account. If someone has deleted your account, you technically have 30 days to contact Instagram to explain that you have been hacked and ask them to put your account back up.

Instagram account of one of my family members got hacked. Is it possible to recover? The hacker got access to email before hacking instagram. Though email is recovered, unable to recover instagram yet.

Have anyone recovered hacked instagram before? Can someone explain recovery process?

Do you have full access to your email now?

If YES, you might still try some stuffs. (50/50 chance though).

Contact meta support but it's extremely difficult to get account back if information have been changed.
