Here is a review of a service I got from the owner.
Communication was good.

I have received a message where I needed to provide website URL and a keyword. Clean and simple.

The result was in less than 24h. Very good.
As a result I got an excel file with details about the URL where the backlink was created, keyword that was used. Very clean report.

Here are details about the excel data:
5x Web 2.0
5x high DA submissions
5x DA profiles (user, email and password included)
1x EDU link
2x xlassified Ad
1x PDF submission
1x image sharing
1x Video sharing
1x wordpress blog
5x bookmark for 2.0 web
5x blog comments for profiles
3x social media

The report is well structured. One of the website links was on Http site instead on http.
Up to now no links were visible inside GSC which is ok and normal. It takes time to crawl these website.

The quality of the websites used is mixed. Some of them are ok with ok DA, some of them are less ok meaning DA is not high and with small amount of traffic.

I would say for the price the owner is asking is ok and you get what is fair.

The rest are quite automated GSA etc. type links, but well picked. I have seen many similar services over the years here on BHW, This one was delivered with a detailed quality Excel file report.
Such a service is good for link diversification, all links were not from overly spammy sites, Like I said OP has spent time picking out better ones.

Overall rating: Good execution/report. Good backlink service for diversification, As for impact on SERPs can't comment yet, from past experience such link effect varies by your target niche/competition...
