Minimum $40 checkout limit for card payments is set by a Visa/Mastercard payments provider and unfortunately, we do not have any option to disable it right now. We understand your frustration but for under $40 orders you should choose one of the alternative payment methods available in a checkout.
To pay with your bank card you can use a blue card option. We also support BTC/Altcoin payments, Skrill, Payeer and Perfect money.
