Hi, I have a question.

I have a blog post published on my website (replica product e-commerce site) every 3 days.

Some of the blog posts I publish are indexed and then I see that they are not indexed. Such as, a content I published 1.5 weeks ago is removed from the index, then it comes back.

I do live testing many times and I request index from search console, the page I request is either indexed back or not indexed.

This is a big problem for me, I think my efforts are wasted.

Why do you think this happens?

Don't keep sending indexing requests for the same page of content over and over again.

If it's original content free of copyright, it is likely to remain indexed.

While I don't know the age of the site, indexing and the process involved has undergone a sea change in the recent past.

Live testing using already published pages aren't a good sign for any website. You might want to change that practice.

According to my knowledge , fluctuating indexing of your blog posts could be due to search engine algorithm updates, content quality, or any technical issues affecting consistent visibility.

Do you also experience these problems? The reason I ask this is that I have sites in the dental clinic sector, I have not experienced these problems on that and other sites.

Not me, but I have seen few experiencing this in my circle on general.

  • How long time did your blog got indexed after publishing?
  • how many impressions, clicks and CTR%?
  • did you wait another days before getting impressions after being "indexed" or after being indexed the page never get real impression?
  • what's the ave. ranking after your blog being listed in SERP? and what's the ranking under your target keyword?
  • what's the bounce% of the post published?
generally I assume the content quality could be the first factor.
take one of my project as example, they used to publish 3-4 blog posts per week, but content quality was not good, similar situation as you described. then I started to handover the job and improve the content quality with my client's team, publish 1 post per week, rank in 1-5 or rich result (snippet) in target keywords, the problem has not happened until now.

The content quality issue can be:
  • the real quality issue of each individual post you published
  • similar / duplicated content published in many posts

Typical problem with a lot of blogs these days. You can't control it. It happens to me and a lot of guys here.

This is common issue you have issue on your website technical SEO. ALso one of majro issue if someone use AI text. I think you use Instant API to push Google for index. Then when Google see/notice you do a fallen they just de-index your post. So simply fixed them.

If your indexed page count begins to decrease, this could be because either: You've been slapped with a Google penalty. Google thinks your pages are irrelevant.
