i am very much interested in buying the plan, but i can see that majority of the plugins are outdated (like yith plugins, bookly pro addons, woocommerce plugins, and many more), so they are not useful at all. if you can update them on regular basis i am interested to go for lifetime plan.

I bought the previous lifetime membership before July updates.

Can I upgrade from the old to the new one without changing my activation key to enjoy features from the new lifetime membership?

Because I don't want to activate the plugin on every site I installed the plugin on. (but if there's one-click reactivation on all sites than I'm okay with that)

I'm afraid I'll lose any data etc.

Thanks for your interest. All Bookly add-ons and WooCommerce plugins are up-to-date. The YITH items are a little outdated due to they disabled all of our licenses in the last couple of months. A single license costs now $99 and we're doing our upper best to renew them as soon as possible. Kindly request a new update for your item if it's not already posted. Thanks!

Sure thing, you can go to your dashboard and select 'account upgrades' and upgrade from there =)
