No offence, but if every person who posted this question had to pay a $1 fee we could probably buy a junior VIP membership.
Short answer - not really at this time. Less short answer - do some research and you can find a way to get what you're looking for.
the only way to do this is to check yourself, either using a software or by manually vetting each potential blog link.
Just as something to ponder -
I recently sent out a random blog comment to over 500,000 wordpress blogs (in stages of 10k lol) purely as an experiment to see how many autoapprove do follows there where.
500k random wp blogs = >100 autoapprove do follow
(thats less than 100 guys, what sort of a fraction of a percent is that lol and I'm not moaning here for anyone who wants to flame, lol I know what i'm doing)

Well I am not going to go into detail, but I will say this. The link checker doesn't check to see if there is a live link.
What it does is it reads the source code and checks for certain text in a plain text format. So if you put say
Black Hat
in websites section of the link checker, it is only going to check for the words Black Hat, nothing else.
So you can then move into things like rel=nofolow etc....
Get creative and think. I have used this for lots of applications and its brilliant that SF coded that way.

Generally speaking Wordpress, Movable Type, and B2evolution are nofollow. At least thats how they are setup by default.
So it takes someone modifying it to make it ****************. Really though, we aren't after just **************** links. I mean Y! and B don't even use nofollow. So any link is good for them and having nofollow links look natural. Especially if a large portion of your links come from the blog commenting market, then Big G knows that a large portion of them should be nofollow, so long as its a natural footprint.

Well I think I did a good job of spamming the crap out of one of my sites the other day. Akismet hell here I come.
I Thought I would start a comment run before I went out and in my rush I put %WEBSITE% instead of %BLOGURL% in the comment.
Out of 2500 blogs 50 were auto approve.
So in the comming weeks it will be intersting to see how many of the remainder will be stupid enough to let my comment through.
I wouldn't sweat it mate. This is way light link spam.

99% chance its bad proxies. I never use harvested proxies to check page rank. Harvested proxies can yield random results even when they do work. Like check a PR6 page and one proxy will say NA while another will say PR6. I only use my own IP when I have a small ammount of urls to check and my private proxies when I have a large number to check.
Your error is a timeout error. The timeout limit is reached and no response is given. Get some good private proxies. yourprivateproxy.com is the best. IMHO

So we all know SF is the king of awesomeness. But I just figured out that you can open up the OBL checker results in excel as a comma delimited file, rather then opening them in notepad. Which means you are even awesomer then I thought SF! You never cease to blow amaze me with your awesomeness.. (haha I sound like kung fu panda) I digress...

I do have proxies from YourPrivateProxy.com, but I've been advised to only use those for commenting. It'd be a bit expensive to get a second set of proxies.

To open up a "Scrapebox" forum, for only these people who have bought it.
I guess the makers of scrapebox have some email list over persons who have bought this, and it would be pretty easy to send out an personal login/pass for those who want to be in that forum.
I mean scrapebox is very big these days, and it would become very awesome if we have some forum for this great tool.

...which is not an official ScrapeBox support forum, and you wont get official support there from the official ScrapeBox support. Its just a forum a user created and is not related to the official ScrapeBox support.

I like the conference idea, my only question is would the chats be recorded? (I'm in the UK so might not be convenient to tune-in live to the calls)
