OP made sure to warm up the account by sending friend requests and joining a few groups. so I am free to send bulk requests now without getting banned. He also provided me with a US proxy (which I didn't end up using unfortunately and it expired.)
Another positive note about his service: he offers the option of logging in with login credentials along with a 2fa code apart from cookie import.

Overall: 10/10 service. Currently, I don't have any running projects that require warmed-up Facebook accounts in bulk. But I have bookmarked his service for the future.
