Just upgraded to latest version and the proxy scraper appears to be screwed.

When you select to clean up failed proxies the whole list just vanishes and scrapebox hangs itself.

Might be a problem from your end.

I just scraped proxies from every source and it found about 2000, tested them and about 300 worked and I'm using them now with no problems.

I'm getting a bunch of "Failed, timeout" results in slow comment mode. Timeout is currently set at 105 seconds (whatever SB comes with). Anyone have any ideas?

What the hell is happening to my commenter, it's not commenting at all, I'm getting 90% of "failed aborted" "failed aborted by user" and "failed 0" errors which i had never seen before

I have read some comments of others... besides the ones that are really stupid there are often some that say thanks to a post in an overwhelming manner that I must laugh. Its like they stand on the tribune and get the oscar or something... I dont think that this looks very natural. You guys should keep in mind that you should look like a normal user.
Only a thought because I read some of these posts...

So I tried the multiharvester with my proxies and got all keywords in all searchengines green. So does this mean that for every keyword and every searchengineresultpage a result could be gathered? Not one result failed for all proxies?
By the way... when I hadnt seen that you already implemented it I would have suggested the exact same resultstyle...

I have some other ideas and two errors:

* It would be great when you could expand the Trim-Function with a button "Trim to blogroot". I wont explain what would be possible with that but I think with a little thinking the advantage could be seen... (If not I will write you a pm.) Would be a nice tool I think...
* I tried to visit all my found links on the list of successfully link-checked blog-list. I found that I can see the links but there isnt the possibility to see where the links are pointing to. It would be nice to have a infobox that shows the target-url. Maybe a function to copy that url too...
* Is it true that only 1749 proxies are possible in Scrapebox? I cant use more than that. Can you raise this?
* It seems that the setting to choose custom User-Agents is out of function. Cant be checked.

So what is the solution to this? Are we going to wait till the time SweetnFunny get this working again? Or if anyone can recommend any other software or script to increase page views on EA. I am sorry, I had been away from BHW for a while so I might have missed this part of discussion carried so far. I am going to work on a project that involves this great functionality of Scrapebox, so thats why I am in a dire need to sort things out.

To determine the real blog root, SB would need to read the page to determine the blog's root.

For example,

domain.com or domain.com/test could be the blog root.

No, there's no limit set in SB. Is it possible that the proxy entry at 1750 is bad/illegal characters or something like that?

I remove all proxies, try to post on 2 links and it just sits there and does nothing.
Even when I use the internal browser to post it doesn't post.

I know this cry for help will get drowned in other posts but I can't see anywhere to make a ticket or something like that.

I put in some more proxies and again it was this number after restart. I took 2 out and it were 2 less at restart. So it seems there is a limitation of some kind...

Youre right... I thought the list is already active but it wasnt. I had to edit the list and save it or click ok. After that it was wrote into ini and I could check the option. So it seems without that the option isnt chooseable. Even when you see the list...

Yes, there is indeed a limitation regarding the .ini file, but the limitation is set to 5000 proxies.
