Still nothing? This is beyond ridiculous, seriously considering a permanent switch if this doesn't get resolved soon.

The cPanel server was back up this morning, sorry for the delay in replying here.
The issue seems to be a system update that crashes the webserver, it's resolved now and we have modified when the updates happen, not a good time to do them in the middle of the night. It took us so long to respond due to our monitoring system not working, now it is if it goes down again we will be notified within a few minutes via automated phone call.
We are very sorry for any inconvenience and loss caused by the downtime please reach out to us via our ticket system to get a 1 month free extension on your cPanel hosting package.
