A few months ago a hacker gained access to my account (It was through a Chrome extension that afterward got deleted, stupid me), and uploaded an Is@s flag.
My profile got banned permanently for this but the attacker managed to gain access to my band's FB page.
I logged through an old backup profile I had and was removed from admin there too, as well as anybody else.

Since then I have tried to contact support but there is no way to find a person to talk to and the automated support system always hits a wall.

So, is there any way someone can get access and remove these people? The page transparency details says there's 2 admins from Philippines (1) Vietnam (1) , and I'm from Greece. But with no further details.

Is there anything that can be done?

I don't think you'll be able to do anything. FB doesn't care, and I doubt you'll be able to reach a real person. Most support is automated unless you're spending your money on the platform. Next time have 1 account that is an admin of all pages that you never log into and then have accounts that you make posts to the group/page without admin privileges.

I always thought that the other account I had, also with admin privileges, would someday be deleted due to inactivity. I had those profiles and pages since 2009.
I've filed a written complaint to the Cali Attorney General just in case I'm lucky.
It is funny that FB will protect the hacker's admin rights, and while my dummy profile still appeared until a point as the previous owner of the page, fb still would not let me resolve the issue.

It's really hard to get back what's lost, I've been in the same situation as you

sorry for that , I was in the same situation as you . maybe not possible bro

Best to cut your losses and start over early. As far as my knowledge on it goes, any kind of meaningful help from Meta about these are extremely minute. Sorry to hear, bud.

You will have no support from Facebook. In this case you should create a new page, avoid wasting a lot of time and money

I see, the problem is I'll have to make a new page with the same name of the band. The precious one was verified and every one would mention that one.
Was planning to promote a new record but this unfortunately brings me back at least a year, if not more, back behind until I engage again with most people.
The other page should be reported then I guess? I mean thats my intellectual property over there and someone else has control over it.
I even had thoughts to hire a hacker, if I could find one lol. But even then I'm not sure if this could work, apart from being dangerous.

it looks like your FP is 1 FP buletick
very hard to get it back if your FP is not added to BM
https://www.facebook.com/help/contact/12804397071975125you can try with this link, but it might take a long time for FB to respond

I'm afraid this link does not work here

fb dont do a shit. even if you try to contact those people there are very less chances that they will even listen. its better to hire bunch of people to flag down the page and start again!

It is very difficult to get the attention of Facebook support. They will not attend to your account problems.

I don't think anybody can do anything about this situation. It's best to move on and open a new facebook page. The authority does not care.

Have you contacted support through these

Too Sad to Know this .Hope that you can get back your account. Contract facebook support as soon as possible

You have contacted FB and received no support and no response from the consultant. It is so awful

I have this idea you can refer to.

If your FB page has a lot of information and data. Then you go to contact those 2 guys to bid and buy back. Also I have also lost a lot just that way to get back the FB Page way.

I think it will come back soon if you do it my way.
