My Fb Page got stolen!

Have you contacted support through these
yes of course. You get into an endless automated q+a. No real support to solve a very simple issue.

Too Sad to Know this .Hope that you can get back your account. Contract facebook support as soon as possible

That's the thing, there is no way to have an actual person to contact with anymore.

You have contacted FB and received no support and no response from the consultant. It is so awful

I have this idea you can refer to.

If your FB page has a lot of information and data. Then you go to contact those 2 guys to bid and buy back. Also I have also lost a lot just that way to get back the FB Page way.

I think it will come back soon if you do it my way.

I have contacted them twice since then, but they won't respond. I'm not even sure if they check these messages. I

Happened to me as well but unfortunately they dont care what you lose basically :(

All you can do is contact the facebook support group, but there is literally nothing much you can do about honestly.

A few months ago a hacker gained access to my account (It was through a Chrome extension that afterward got deleted, stupid me), and uploaded an Is@s flag.
My profile got banned permanently for this but the attacker managed to gain access to my band's FB page.
I logged through an old backup profile I had and was removed from admin there too, as well as anybody else.

Since then I have tried to contact support but there is no way to find a person to talk to and the automated support system always hits a wall.

So, is there any way someone can get access and remove these people? The page transparency details says there's 2 admins from Philippines (1) Vietnam (1) , and I'm from Greece. But with no further details.

Is there anything that can be done?
Nothing can be done sadly apart from you learning from this mistake and never let it happen again.

As everyone said above, in your case it is very difficult for Facebook to help you get your Facebook back. The best choice now is create a new page and warn everyone that page has been hacked

A quick update for anyone interested or might have fallen victim to the same situation I am in.

I created a new page. It had to be with the same name as this is my intellectual property.
Facebook unpublished my page for being an "imposter" as soon as friends started tagging me along the original hacked page.

That was crazy.
Frustrated as I was I decided to go verified (that is pay them) for a month to get access to their support system.

After a few attempts with some bots I managed to have a proper conversation with someone and had my case escalated... this was a month ago..
so I am about to pay for a second as the case is still pending, i received an email from them a few days ago saying that they are still investigating the issue, etc, so as not to lose access to the open ticket.

We'll see how that goes..

Got a similar situation. Did you pay for verification for the second new page or your personal profile or what else?

I paid for my personal profile, so i can get it linked with my stolen page.
The case is still open , I get an email every 10 days saying that the issue is "too complicated" etc.
It's a loophole. The hackers are running ads and obviously fb is not willing to cut them off..

The only way is to text the FB support staff, report that your FB has been hacked, then ask them to check and return the Page to the original profile.

The same happened to me, but I moved on. If you get any solution, then let me know. I will try to take it back. Thanks

Just fb support can do something so you need to keep try
I hope you will get it again

Sorry for you. If you could tell us what was that Chrome extension you'd installed? So you could help that we don't do the same mistake.

It's really hard to get back what's lost, you should create a new page and avoid wasting a lot of time. Best of luck :)
Thank you. I already did that. But as I mentioned in an earlier post, FB decided that the new Page (with my registered brand name) is an imposter page and they unpublished it.
The original one was verified many years ago.

It was a fake ChatGPT extension. It was featured in a big article that was on my Android tablet's front page Google News!
It came with numerous positive reviews and on the Google store it already had half a million downloads.
After the hack the article was deleted and the extension disappeared from the store. I know, stupid. But it is what it is now..

I just had an update from a friend of mine who works at a big data center in Germany and asked his supervisor to send an email with all the proof documents etc.

The FB department answered that "as the hackers have managed to provide credentials to connect (I suspect their credit card to run ads) it is very difficult to solve this unless I contact a lawyer!"

They make money out of all these scams so why would they stop it?

So you won’t get the page unless you fire a lawyer. Right?

I have been able to chat with a real person a coupl Of times, you may need to use a new Fb account to do such
