Firstly, we would like to assure you that we take the quality of our proxies very seriously, and we constantly monitor them 24/7 to ensure that they are functioning properly. It is highly unlikely that all of our proxies are "dead" as you have mentioned.
One possible reason for your experience could be that the website you are trying to access has blocked our proxies. Many websites have measures in place to prevent access from proxy servers, and if this is the case, you may not be able to access the site through our proxies.

I tested and your rotating proxies like that xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx:1 to xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx:9999 is that the same i thing ? I tried and 1 website block that xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx then I couldnt use your proxies. Also your cheapest package looks 50 USD not create cheaper package.
