It takes 3-5 days for the code to appear under the promote section,
as long as you verified the account you will eventually get one,
you dont even need to do the blog setup!

It used to, I had over 40 coupons I was waiting on they changed it and you need ips from the countries they listed now.

I just used it yesterday from an IP in the US. Keep the original window open when you first sign up and refresh it once you have verified your email address.

I'm from belgium and it worked, my ads are running.
It sucks that it's only for new advertiser accounts though and you need a cc to create one.

Well I am from Bulgaria, my country is not in their list but they sent me the code and I even already spent it. I also tried to create an account with US proxy and I got another code. Both codes I received instantly after I confirmed my email. Be sure your IP is not blacklisted.

As I said I got 2 codes from IPs different from the countries listed . The codes are individual. I also used the first code on my personal facebook account which is also not from the countries in the list. You can use only one of those codes on one account and for each new account you need credit card to verify.
