I just checked Decaptcher balance on 2 PC's a Desktop and Laptop and it works fine on both.

What port is your decaptcher account on?

Also try creating a new folder, copy only 'scrapebox.exe' to it and nothing else then run it and enter your Decaptcher details and check the balance. Just to rule out your scrapebox.ini file being corrupted.

If either of that doesn't work, to rule out something on your PC blocking it or something different with your Decaptcher account you could send me your Decaptcher login details to test but that's entirely up to you of course.
 
Frigging AWESOME TOOL. I started using it yesterday on a site I built the day before. It already has 368 backlinks on yahoo, and some are actually PR5 PR6 pages.

The only problem I see, and I don't know why, is it's not indexed in Google yet. I've used the ping, commenter, and fast indexer addon, still no luck. I've checked an my link is on pages that are cached in Google too. The method I have been using to get indexed works within an hour, so I don't get it. I guess I'll just stick to my own method and use this for backlinks and such.

I see it's all about tweaking the settings to get the maximum out of this program.

and to add, I am already at #2 on yahoo for a term that Google says is searched 823,000 per month. I know Google's keyword tool isn't accurate, but hell, I'll take it.

Checked It, doesn't work. Scrapebox.ini works correct

First of all WOW!!!! Amazing program at an amazing price !!
Second : I wanted to say i get an error when checking available addons..but no longer necessary because he already made an update to fix that.

I guess the biggest problem with Scrapebox is the price...
 
I seem to have a problem with harvesting, the results seem very very low as compared to what it was before it was multi-threaded.

Anyone else have this issue?
 
Just a noob question.

Let's say you just posted comments to 1000 urls. And u want to ping all those urls. I always did my high pr sites ping with : http://www.pingler.com/index.php
On pingler.com there's a list with sites that er beeing pinged, like :
rpc.bloggerei.de/ping/
rpc.blogrolling.com/pinger/
rpc.icerocket.com:10080/
rpc.pingomatic.com
etc.etc.

What if I use 'ping mode' in scrapebox, and then insert in the websites.txt all those 1000 comment posted urls. And in the bloglist.txt I insert all those 'ping' sites?

So instead of going to pingler.com and enter 1000 of URLS, I could automate it? Or is there an other feature in scrapebox that I'm missing/not understanding :)

Its not just a matter of you having an activation key. Every time you start the program it makes a call back to a database to validate the license. Ah, I see now how it works.

Do we get locked in at the price we paid, let say for example I wanted to buy another license at a later date and the price by then has gone. Do we get it at the price we originally paid?
 
I've noticed that the search results don't seem accurate. I did a search for myspace as a test, and AOL only returned 60 results. I'm using 10 private proxies with a random delay.

were teh bugs for "in title" and "in url" fixed? bc all the sites it found did not have the word i tried in title or url thanks

also anyone know how to use it as an email gatherer?

Just purchased scrapebox and hope to get rollin on it soon! Read through the multiple threads and got some good parameters to work with.

I can't believe i'm only seeing this thread now. Just ordered, now to get my noob head around it. Looks like there's plenty of instructions which is also great! :)

Any advice for avoiding getting your site sandboxed when using this tool? How much is too much?!
