So lately most of my accounts have been hit with the "system bypass policy" ban for circumvention.

Working on a gambling offer with google ads and this didn't happen as often or at all before the middle of last week.

What's weird is now some of my accounts are getting this ban before I even start the actual campaign. I'll be promoting a white page ( blog style content ) without any external links to any casinos or anything and i'll still get hit with this policy ban.

Is this a cloaker issue ? an antidetect browser issue ? proxy issue ?
For refrence we're using multilogin, cloakit and local proxies in the country that i'm running the offer.

I'd appreciate anyone sharing their thoughts.

Do you use different domains, different ad copy and different billing details for each account?

If yes, then it sounds either like a cloaker or proxy problem. Do your WH blogs get banned before activating the cloaker? Are your proxies non-static and residential?

Every account has its own profile in the antidetect browser. it's own ad copy, own domain, own white page, different billing detail. Proxies are residental. The only thing they all have in common is the cloaked link to the actual offer page.

But like I said. these accounts are getting this ban before it even gets to that part lately.

One of the many factors triggering the account suspension, may be your keywords / ad copy / ad copies, including any mismatch between keywords & ad copy (ad copies). Ofcourse, there could be some other reasons as well, depending the campaign setup and the landing page. You may feel your white (safe) landing page does not trigger anything in Google Ads, but as per reality, it could be triggering Google Ads algorithms to "think" that you are circumventing (trying to trick / bypass), etc. Lots of other reasons are also possible and no one can know this precisely, except you (assuming that you know all what Google Ads algorithms "look" for).

It's always a challenge to find the reason or even multiple reasons that cause this trouble and it is necessary to think in all directions. First you can check with pixelscan DOT net how your setup is doing in general.

And Regarding the proxy: If these are changing IPs of real ISPs, then probably check the TCP/IP fingerprint that you can easily see with browserleaks and see if it matches.

Another possibility is that the BIN of your payment card got flagged, even if you use a new card every time (if you already manage to add it before the suspension).

Then if all these things seem fine, it makes sense to think about the accounts in general. If you bought the accounts, then probably they can connect it to other suspended accounts of this seller. If you created them yourself, then probably your creation method got flagged. Or the linked telephone number is flagged as it was used for other suspended accounts before.

That is an important point. And to add to that, I experienced that you can even easily receive a circumenventing systems suspension just because of the theme that you use for your landing page. So also think in such a direction that it can make sense to really change EVERYTHING.

Is it possible that google can detect the cloaker code being applied to the white page, even though the cloaker itself is not active ? That's the theory we're working with.

Like I said, we haven't had this issue before. It only started happening sometime last week. before that we had success with this method.

100% correct. Ofcourse, many would not agree with that point. But, in my 9 years of experience in Google Ads, I have seen that even something absurd as the theme of a landing page sometimes triggers Google Ads account suspension(s), because the theme could contain some hidden coding which appears malicious (or tricky) to the algorithms of Google Ads. And, ofcourse, as we know, Google Ads account suspensions are triggered by various other reasons, so if one simply "eliminates" each reason from the "scene", by making appropriate changes, etc, people do get to know their respective reasons for account suspensions.

you're telling me a theme can already trigger a bann ?

Yes, this is a very possible reason. If the cloaker code is unique enough (due to query parameters, structure of the code, etc.), they will use it against you. Other users on the forum reported that they had similar problems with tracker codes that are not even used for cloaking. So very likely.

It is as shocking as it sounds, but yes. The scripts/codes contained in themes can trigger, but I have the theory that they also evaluate the layout/structure of the page and if it is complex enough and too similar to a banned one, then it will trigger as well. This way they get you even if you change the domain and slightly the content.

Thanks for all the info, everyone. I'll try to change some these, maybe try out a different cloaker and double check the ad copies and keywords.

One of the things I can also advise you on is if your domains that you bought are fresh like few days old it's a big issue also I faced many of those bans last 1-2 weeks on older domains it was fine safe sites were all different cards proxy etc everything same only variable I changed was domain ages
