Just a question about proxies, and im sorry if this has allready been answered. So I bought scrapebox a few days ago, and im just testing it out, not doing anything major until I get to know it better. Im using the loaded proxies in scrapebox, I load them test them and use these proxies. I put in a list of keywords, and started the url harvest for wp blogs. 3 hours and I managed to harvest 110k urls. After removing duplicate urls im now down to 35k urls. So my plan would be to load new proxies within SB test them delete the bad ones and start posting. Now my question is:
If I used private proxies, would I have got more harvested urls? I mean a hell of a lot more? I actually thought 35k urls was good? I know a few proxies timed out, and I lost them, but im just wondering if there is a big difference. I guess people will say that when I start posting its better to have private proxies, so please let me know your thoughts.

Its not always the case that www.asd.com and asd.com contains the same content. It can be two different pages...
So when the SEs have these two urls in the index its probably not the same content...

Yes but it is VERY rare. We can add this as an option. This messes manual commenting.

I agree. Its more bad to have two of the same comments on the same url or even domain. I never had this case but it could happen...

Every backlink is still a backlink. Maybe it has less value though. Also website with Pr 0 today may get Higher Pr later

Im only asking because im wondering if these backlinks are weighted.

Im new to this kind of seo and tried to push a website for three certain keywords. The problem is that I dont really get it... Its always at the same spot. It seems regardless of the backlinks.

I have a number of good backlinks build through SB. A pr7 with anchortext and so on but it didnt move really in serps.

I think I have built around 2000 backlinks till now. They are found via checklinks. But Yahoo site Explorer seems to find only 150 or so. And im asking myself if only some sites are weighted...

Maybe I could try to ping the found backlinks?

At the moment i didnt get how to really do this kind of seo. Making a run of social bookmarks was easy and pushed the keywords to place 10 in google. But its not lower than this position till now... I always are around this position....

Next time I will try to manual comment to real good blogs. Inserting text that refers to the blogpost... Maybe these links will help then...

When I first bought Scrapebox, about a month ago, it used to work amazing with fast poster. Now, I started using it about a week ago, and the results i'm getting are for some reason not as good.

For example, out of 3000 blogs, fast poster was only able to make about 15 stick. I'm familiar with spinning my comments to make them look real, the whole 9 yards of how to use scrapebox are known to me. But i'm not sure why now, this entire thing isn't really functioning as efficiently as it should.

The example of 15/3000 is just one I gave, I've done this several times with other trials and it's been really poor results. Any suggestions?

Please, have a look back over the last 3-4 pages... everyone states this... its several factors from New Dot Net release to tighter askimet listing (almost instant now after a few comments are sent to askimet by blog owners)...

There are lots of posts about the same thing... not being an ass, but just saying this gets mentioned about every 8th post.

Maybe we should blast out 500,000 GOOD blog names and teach them a lesson! lol

Request: Make the harvester like hrefer. Live duplicate remove on background with stats!

Request 2: Let the scrapebox remember input fields in manual commenting. Most times scrapebox can not recognize input fields. Let us put once (per session) and remember that for that session. Else i am going to break my mouse's right click

I have a problem i was hoping some one could help with. I know Sweetfunny is busy so i thought i would ask here first.

When i do slow comment posting i can't just set it and leave it as every now and then a pop up appears saying something like "security issue - do you wish to continue" or "this sites license is invalid do you want to continue".

This is annoying as i sometimes want to set the comments running while i am at work (or sleeping) but when i get home it has only done 3% (or whatever) of my posts as it stops and waits for me to click continue.

Is there a way round this? I assume there is as i have seen on some SB videos the same pop ups appear but they seem to close by themselves.

Hope someone can help as this is annoying.

I use windows XP and my browser is firefox if that helps.

What should SF do? There are not many blogeningeblogs. And if you use nearly same keywords there will be most urls from same blogs...
Try more and different keywords. SF cant build more blogs and SB can only find what Searchengines deliver...

You have to tweak Internetsettings of system control. Read the last 7 sites of this thread to find some hints...

I am using this operator but when i test comments it pulls names from anchors (website.txt) not from names.txt

It seems to me that after a run of SB I have a couple of new backlinks in siteexplorer, maybe 50 but this number is even dwindling after some days... That makes me think if some backlinks arent worth anything. And arent even noticed or deleted after a time...
