- If bought with one of ours Packs we will replace the account/asset if it gets banned/restricted/blocked until the Spend Guarantee is reached and if Spend Guarantee conditions are met.
Under no other condition will the profiles, accounts, or other assets be replaced.





* Spend Guarantee Conditions
You can benefit from the Spend Guarantee if you buy one of our Packs.
The amount of the guarantee is 2 times the cost of the Pack (e.g: ?ECOMM STARTER PACK? costs $145, multiply by 2 equals $290 = the guaranteed amount we promise you will reach in advertising spendings.)
The guarantee only applies if the following conditions are met:
- There has been no other activity than WH activity on the profile/accounts/assets.
- The profile/accounts/assets are strictly accessed via our cloud service by you and NO other 3rd party software.
We thoroughly review the profiles, advertising accounts and other assets, if we suspect any activity besides of WH activity we remain the right to reject any replacement requests.





Purchases and Refunds
Generally we are quite fast delivering purchased products(~3-4 hours), but in rare cases it could take up to 48 hours to full-fill your order after your payment has been confirmed.
Available payment methods are BTC and any other crypto currency through our 3rd party exchange service.
If the purchased goods are not delivered within 48 hours, you have the right on a full refund.
If the purchased goods are not as described upon delivery, you have the right on a full refund.
If our team suspects any kind of fraudulent behaviour in order to deceive us, we remain the right to reject any refund requests and further use of our services.

Under no other but reasonable circumstances will we accept any refund requests.
