Are Youtube Ad's worth it? I mean we need viewers who really watch our videos to rank, but through ad's we only get viewers who only like watching the video 5-15 seconds. Will this help anyhow?

The other thing you need to keep in mind is your hook, humans have less attention spam if you can't grab them in the first few sec. they're gone.

so instead of introducing yourself and what sort , just cut the chase and get to the point .

You can start with an intriguing question, stat, personal stories etc

If videos on the channel are interesting, it can give good conversions as subscribers.
