proxybonanza no longer allows scrapebox any other cheap solutions?

since when? i did a blast last night, 12 hours ago.. that sucks if its true, only just paid for a month. edit: just read the PB blog, will be asking for my money back.. pretty unfair to change the goalposts half way through the game...

edit2: just spoke to luke at proxybonanza who said they do refunds or partial refunds depending on your account, fair enough i suppose, so make sure you get your $$ back

Does scrapebox use the scrape box poster project file to remember what urls you have posted to so you dont hit them next time you use your list?

No...

The easiest thing to do is export the valid posts after a run, save them for later, then export Failed urls overwriting the original list.

Is anyone running ScrapeBox on a 100Mbps server with a good amount of proxies who can help test the multi-threaded harvester?

As you can see here with 10 Connections and 2 Engines on very average ADSL i was able to pull ~20,000 URL's in 60 seconds at a rate of 355 URL's per second.

So with 100 connections running on 4 engines (400 total) i'm interested in seeing how well it runs, if you can break it and what sort of numbers it's able to do before releasing.

Im trying to use intitle: to harvest relevant results an Im getting the exact opposite...

after deleting any duplicates etc etc
using only 10 connections and using proxies,
im stil getting exatly the same messages at the end of the urls

failed, 500
failed, discarded
failed,403
failed,unable to post
or "failed,404"

and apart from the ones it is waiting for the post to be moderated, none of them have actually been posted to.

anyone got any firm ideas of how to resolve this because the urls it is attempting to post to are ok.

i was using scrapebox previously and it was posting fine, then i downloaded the update last night, although i dont think this would make any difference (to the below)

but i just did a post run to wordpress blogs i had scraped and it says
failed 9961
success 1860

out of these successes, not a single one has been posted, it has been moderated,
so not a single link is showing out of 11,000

to the right of the blog urls they are all
failed, 500
failed, discarded
failed,403
failed,unable to post
or "failed,404"

it is set at 50 connections for the fast poster, i am on 10 mb cable broadband connection, so it isnt slow.

i also have the 10 second pause enabled on the comment poster.
so can anyone suggest anything that might resolve this, because it was definitely working better before, now out of 11,000 it is getting zero

which is obviously not acceptable

the urls it is attempting to post to are mostly good urls, all recent wordpress blog posts that have other links on there.

also how does the bandwidth you are on affect the scrapebox ?

i.e. how many connections for what broadband connection ?
i.e.
1mb
2mb
10mb
20mb
50mb

because i assume that if the broadband connection isnt fast enough then it skips urls ?

Can't wait! I'm considering a Windows VPS just for this now... but I don't have it yet. Wish I could help...

I have done this couse I would like to use computer even if iam slow accurate posting to blog engine blogs. It works all well, I mean that ScrapeBox is running, even more instances. From when you transfer me the license I posted to over 3000 blogs 'succesifuly', some were moderated, but from my expirience even if it says that is moderated its imidietly posted.

So here the problem begins. I posted to over 3000 blogs, but there are just a few links found. I checked cca. 1000 blogs, but found just 10-15 links. Before that, I got much better results. On 1000 succesiful posted I got over 500 links. So I thought that there may be a problem on my blog lists I scraped. So I tryed one of my old, 100 blogs where link is succesifuly posted. I used this list to post again some of my other links. Result was, 80 succesiful posted, 0 links found....

I hope you understand my problem, and that you could help me.

The problem probably has nothing to do with the license (i beleive).

When you first use a domain name to comment to 1000's of Blogs, it usually gets askimeted or spam-linked right away, after the first run ... Then each run with the domain gets harder and harder to post an actual comment because they auto-magically get placed in WP's spam folder.

I find it really really hard to make comments when someone sends me a domain that is ALREADY askimeted before I start posting... 1% actual posts.


Try using a profile link or shorturl that is redirected to your domain for the NAME field, then use your real domain in the body of the comment.

You will get HIGH posted counts again (until it gets listed as well)

Thanks, but Iam posting to BlogEngine blogs, not WP. I know that is hard to get WP links, but BE is usualy auto approve. So I guess that askimet isnt the problem here.. even because i tryed this on a domain that i didnt spamed a lot with it.

BlogEngine released an update in early February that incorporates @kismet. Also they are no longer mostly auto approve.

My average harvesting rate is 2100 to 4000 url's per second
