i was using scrapebox previously and it was posting fine, then i downloaded the update last night, although i dont think this would make any difference (to the below)

but i just did a post run to wordpress blogs i had scraped and it says
failed 9961
success 1860

out of these successes, not a single one has been posted, it has been moderated,
so not a single link is showing out of 11,000

to the right of the blog urls they are all
failed, 500
failed, discarded
failed,403
failed,unable to post
or "failed,404"

it is set at 50 connections for the fast poster, i am on 10 mb cable broadband connection, so it isnt slow.

i also have the 10 second pause enabled on the comment poster.
so can anyone suggest anything that might resolve this, because it was definitely working better before, now out of 11,000 it is getting zero

which is obviously not acceptable

the urls it is attempting to post to are mostly good urls, all recent wordpress blog posts that have other links on there.

also how does the bandwidth you are on affect the scrapebox ?

i.e. how many connections for what broadband connection ?
i.e.
1mb
2mb
10mb
20mb
50mb

because i assume that if the broadband connection isnt fast enough then it skips urls ?

i couldnt send the copy + pasted text of the results of the post run because i started to harvest links because the comment poster wasnt working, but i copy + pasted the urls i tried to post to and send them via the contact us page on scrapebox.com

but if you test the urls, it might not be the urls that are the problem, i thought it might be something to do with a timeout isssue or something because of the amount of fails, which is why i put the other information/questions in the above post number 3370.

Thanks, however 12,000 random URL's aren't going to help much. If you are saying there's a problem between one version and another i will need the specific URL's which work in one version but not in the other.

However i'm not surprised things are not working out so well for you, for example look:

You did not clear duplicate domains, there's sites in your list your commenting to over 1,000 times. Could you imagine if you owned that blog and got 1,000 comments in about 60 seconds?

Besides the fact the blog owner will be pissed, approve nothing and you get no links if commenting to 1 URL fails then the next ~1,100 are going to fail.

Bad list = Bad results.

Now, if you can A/B split test these 2 versions and give me actual URL's failing one one but not the other i'd be most interested however there's not much a can conclude for 12k random (mostly duplicate) domains.

i purchased scrapebox yesterday.. and today ive been trying to work on it but having trouble..
i was able to fetch proxies, keywords and harvesting.. but when i try to post.. i get

Failed, Unable to post
Failed, 403
Failed, 0

i tried it with admin rights, with proxies, without proxies, with/without av.. but same thing all the time.. on all the links.. im using wordpress blogs, with accurate comment method..

any help??? anyone??

The duplicate urls and domain is an issue and cuase for spam.

I suggest that the scrapbox as default should remove the duplciates, so these common issues will not happens and there are no spams.

For users that are advanced and want to do duplicate post, etc, then can uncheck this option and get duplciated url.

So, my vote is to remove duplicates domains as default.

yourprivateproxy ... by MrTornado BHW member is great.

Remember to use the free proxies to scrape the SE and leave the private proxies unmarked by Big G for use in running comments.

I think that has happened to a lot of peoples private proxies...

His comment was something like that :

I`m searching for that field to use in comments to display the website url.

any ideas on the rest of the issues i raised - i.e.
suitable broadband/bandwidth to suitable maximum connections for the fast poster - or vice versa as this is obviously relevent as i mentioned in post 3370, because if the software is running at the certain speed, then it needs to be able to read the pages etc, but i ran it on 10 connections/maximum speed of 10 and this didnt seem to make any difference to the percentage of succesful posts.
