Ways to earn from my site (except Adsense)

I have a website with over 40k visitors monthly.
How I can earn from it except Adsense because my site content doesn't follow AdSense rules.
The geographical area that my site targets in MENA (Middle East & South Africa)
Notice: My site's first goal is to make visitors download something (program, course, ebook...)

Cpa or alieexpress affiliate program! Since amazon isn't available in most middle eastern countries! If it's arabic content, i believe you can try a company called hsoub ads, i'm not sure how it works though!

Yes, site lang is Arabic, Most middle eastern countries have noon as an alternative to amazon so I will try it for sure! thanks

Create an eBook and sell it on your blog or other affiliate marketing product in your niche.

There are good products on Digistore24. You can earn good commission from sales.

selling your own PLR should work wonders with that niche and geolocation. If you can sell a $5 product at even a 2% conversion rate that's $4000 per month, which is probably better than Adsense

You can also try CPA offers (although I don't know how safe these are for Adsense), like CPA Grip, CPA Build, etc

On my "alternative" sites where adsense doesn't approve I use AdSterra, their "Social Bar" ads pay out pretty good, $1 CPM which is the same as I get with AdSense.

Here is what I think you should do …

Firstly, visit Fiverr.com and find someone who can make you an app.

Ask a bunch of Fiverr app developers what app they think YOUR traffic would like.

Pay for the app to be developed, or do a deal with the developer to pay a commission or later etc.

Then encourage your website visitors to get your free app.

Find out a way to get them to WANT your app …

Then sell stuff to your app users.

It might sound like a round about way of doing things, but with 40,000 unique visitors per month, maybe you could get 2,000 to download your app every month?

You can sell or run ads inside your app
