No, when I bought mine, I just ran the ads and a day later it was running. The account didn’t get banned neither. I was able to exhaust the credit and still have access to the account

yes, I have used 3 accounts with the same primary domain and it got approved. I am working on redesigning my Shopify store. and maybe order more

You are ready use the accounts for sure I had success using a used domain without problem

yeah but if you'd like to connect the catalog you can, and it will just get reviewed by pinterest as usual.
