Today Adsense rejected my site saying 'Low value content' for the second time.

"Low value content".

After rejecting for the first time I added some educational images like diagrams and plans etc. no fancy images to fill the pages. Then posted 20 total articles and applied again yesterday.

After that you ADDED more content and re-submitted for AdSense approval.
Which means that you have not resolved the issue as to why your website was initially disapproved for AdSense, which is (as per AdSense), low quality content.
Adding more content will not affect any content which you have already published. And the content which you have already published has been rejected for being low quality.
Until you do not address or rather work on the low quality content (as indicated by AdSense) that you already have published there is no point in adding more content.
You first need to improvize or rather work on the low quality content (as per AdSense) and then re-submit for AdSense approval.

Ezoic is a good alternative to Adsense. I had problems with Adsense too.

This isn't helpful but .. they like to fuck with you because... the retards they employ cant tie their own shoelaces without a career giving them a hug.
I fucked back at them after months of trying to find out what 2nd account I had that stopped me getting passed. It cost them a fuckton more to ignore me, than a simple email reply .. (i got mad)
Anyway I use alternatives to AdSense and doing alright.

There is no alternative to adsense in my opinon, but would love to know which alternatives and ecpm they are offering!
