Please do not use their hosting, I bought it few weeks back and 2 of my websites are hacked showing random japanese text.

Be cautious.

We have never had a security breach on our shared cPanel hosting. Every hack I have come across has been due to either

  • Outdated application being run
  • If it's Wordpress then cracked/nulled themes/plugins - If one site on your account is beached it's probable all sites are hacked

In regards to your case as mentioned in the ticket your sites where hacked before you even moved to our hosting. You have this issue https://www.wpfixit.com/remove-htaccess-wordpress-infection/ keeping your sites secure and cleaning any hacked sites is your responsibility we do not offer fully managed hosting.

Hello there, before I moved the sites to your hosting, they were hosted on NameCheap.

I do not use any nulled plugins or themes or any of my money sites. Feel free to login into my Wordpress dashboard and check for yourself. If my sites were hacked before I moved them to your hosting, shouldn't the issue have appeared when I was hosted on NameCheap? It did not happen on Namecheap because there was no fault from my end.

Your hosting clearly isn't secure and I won't recommend it to anyone!

You are just making excuses for the severe lack of security that your hosting has.

I am sorry that you feel that way but if it was really true you would not be the first person to post this in our sales thread. We have 100+ clients on the same cPanel server you are on there have been no other recent complaints.
