If you have popups about that there are no informations for security certificate then go to internet options-extended and there to security and uncheck the first checkbox where it states check for blocked server certificates...

Never seen that. Its possibly a url that you use. maybe it triggers some javascript?

I am not sure whether I am having a related issue or not. I've been using SB for a while now and just updated today. After the update, when I try to post the comments, my internet connection stops and it only makes it through a few successful posts.

Anyone else experiencing this problem?

I have this problem from time to time. I have 5 PC's hooked up to a router then to a cable modem and there are quite a few times when I have to cycle the router and modem because I loose the internet connection when running scrapebox.

I even spent some time trouble shooting the router configuration and it didnt fix the problem. This only happens when Im running scrapebox. I tend to think it has something to do with either my router or cable modem set up.... but havent been able to figure it out.

I wish I could give you a solution. Just that I see the same thing from time to time.

Im not following you here.... and... Ive been looking for the answer to this problem.

What is the path to remove the security certificate pop up's during slow commenter accurate mode???? Is the setting in IE > Tools > Internet Options > Security Tab > THEN WERE...??



ALSO - I posted yesterday the fix for the problem with the pop up saying
"This page displays both secure and non-secure items"

Solution - IE > Tools > Internet Options > Security Tab > Custom Level > Miscellaneous > Display mixed content. By default its set to prompt, set it to Enable.

The latest version crashes while posting to wordpress blogs. This happens 3 times while the number of blogs were pretty low (about 2800). It crashes at about 40-50% of the posting and repeateadly.

I noticed that it starts at 3% of RAM and end at 98-100% Ram. My computer is a new Gateway NV78, very fast 4GB Ram, Windows 7. It can handle many applications at the same time. I used to use Senuke and Scrapebox and Skype (opened)at the same time while watching a movie.

I just get back to the version: 1.10.20 and all work smoothly as always. The problem is with the new update.

I am going to wait until this is corrected.

After trying all things I read at this thread, still, im getting weird results.

When I am posting on blogengine blogs using the slow commenter accurated mode, it says that it was posted. But when I checked it on the site "on hand", its not there.

Is there any thing I can do or you can suggest for this kind of trouble? Help!

Ok, no offence here, but did it ever occur to you that 95% of the blogs are moderated, meaning, the admins check the replies made on their sites.

Make top notch posts and i am sure a lot will pop up after a couple of days when you recheck



OK, question for SF:

Can it be done with the next update that when you, lets say, fuck up with proxies or whatsoever and you already posted a couple of hundreds from the list you can alter your system and then start again at the last blog you posted instead of going trough the whole list again from 0

I guess the admins will erase dupes anyway

BTW same thing here after the last update. I get IP errors after 20/40% of my posts are done and my ip's are 100% ok.

@sweetfunny, I just upgraded tonite to the latest 1.12.6 and now no longer see the comment spinner.

Was it taken out or am I missing something, I just resorted to using Power Article Rewriter, kinda liked it better but was wondering if it was just me missing where it was b4 to access it.

I didnt have such problem. I can only imagine that you tried to write to a medium that is write protected? Can you write other files in the same directory with SB?

I figured out what happened. I am currently working in the middle east and they block quite a few sites here. The Scrapebox site is blocked as well as many more.

In order to use the name and email generator i had to use my VPN.

This may sound like a basic silly question (i have only had a chance to look at Scrapebox for 20 mins and not read much of the documents) but is there a way to use Scrapebox to make profile posts? Not commenting or anything just generating a profile and leaving my link.

I ran a blast last night and everything was fine except when i was harvesting if I tried to do anything else on the internet at all I started to get error 404 on my private proxies. When I stopped browsing the internet the harvesting continued as normal.

I cannot afford to have a dedicated machine for scrapebox so was wondering if this is a bug. I have been using SB for about a month with no problems until this update.

I did a blast of 1800+ BE sites and 1200+ posted successfully. Ran the link checker and found 752 so quite a successful blast. Just took a little longer than expected due to the error when using the internet whilst harvesting.

It is absolutely unusable for me. Slow Poster Accurate Mode for Wordpress Blogs freezes immediately every time.

SweetFunny - I e-mailed you the screenshot so that you can see it. I can send my whole setup if you like.

Back to V1.12.5. I get intermittent crashes in the Slow Poster Accurate Mode there every few hours, but at least it works. Please work on stability before adding more features.

Wow, the same harvest crashes V1.12.5. I'm starting to think that the site I'm trying to post to is crashing SB:

Ironically, it's about fighting wordpress spam. Maybe this dude has something that is crashing SB! SweetFunny please take a look at what he's doing.

Can anyone post to this page (even if it fails) without crashing SB?

Yeppers, it sounds like you are choking your Inet connection ... nothing to do with your PC I imagine...it is probably your Bandwidth.

Are you High Speed?
Is there Antivirus / Malware / Sitemonitors running? Weather reports? Sidebar?

You may need a faster connection to surf AND post.

Hey so i havent run scrapebox for a while and updated.. now im in trouble... it seems when i do a blast with 200 proxies for 3000 urls on wordpress it used to run fine and be done in like 10 min.. now its 13 minutes and counting only at 14% it seems scrapebox is trying every proxy for each url and its killing me.. it seems to destroy my bandwidth too.. how can I fix this?

The setting is at:
IE > Tools > Internet Options > Extended Tab > Security > Check blocked Server certificates
(Had to translate)

And thanks for the other setting. It helped me before...
