Say i am moving from one pc to another, is it only the license information needed for the migration? or everytime I have to turn to you to ask for the authentication?

Do you mean only scrape articles that are between 500 and 600 words for example? If so then unfortunately there's no option to do that currently.
If you are moving from one PC to another, or reinstall Windows you will need to perform a license transfer. To do that it's exactly the same process as when you originally activated the software and the details you enter are also exactly the same.
So you just download the latest version and enter your license Name, Email and Transaction ID. Only the Email & Transaction ID needs to be correct, the Name is more for your own reference and useful if you have multiple licenses or companies who buy licenses for different staff members.

Is automator lacking remove urls which are not urls function? Maybe I cannot see it. Adding search field to automator can also be useful as well as selecting multiple command sequences. Currently shift is not working or some reason and we have option to delete each command or all commands only.

Does it have default proxies? Do I have to rent private proxies? I just want my main site to have better DA and rank higher. I prefer white hat methods. How long will it take to see results in backlinks and DA? I've read some guides but I'm not sure if I can manage to do the runs correctly. I have never used a tool like Scrapebox. When you say "adding a search field to the automator can also be helpful" which search are you referring to? ScrapeBox has so many different features, addons and plugins with search fields.

ScrapeBox has a proxy harvester and tester, however free proxies found online can be a bit unreliable and they may work one minute, then not work, then work again due to the amount of people using them. So private proxies are recommended, but if they are out of your budget you can get by with free proxies but the success rate will be less.
If you are only doing white hat then i wouldn't recommend bulk automated comments with ScrapeBox or any automated tool if you are just starting out. But ScrapeBox can be a valuable data gathering tool, and can find quality sites with good metrics you can manually comment on. Or you can get bulk automated backlinks to pages that link to you. But please take a look through the video's here as there's quite a lot of things ScrapeBox can do.

Are you able to send us an example file that this is happening with? Also that is the free backlink checker tool, you can use the "Check Links" feature on the main GUI of ScrapeBox instead which is a better link checker then the free tool.

Just further to this, did you load both the required text files in to the link checker? One has a list of your sites/URLs you want to check links for, and the other file has a list of blogs or sites your link is on. If you don't load the second "Blogs" list of URLs then you wont see anything in the GUI.

Thank you so much. Is it possible to retry a process if a free proxy fails? I’m interested in submitting to directories at the moment. I’m actually not sure what’s white or black hat because I’m a newbie. I just want to avoid penalties from Google. I’m so scared to make a mistake and ruin my site in the eyes of Google. Does it also generate emails for free? Thank you very much.

Yes many features in ScrapeBox can perform retries if a proxy fails. And some like the search engine harvester allow you to set how many retries are done.
ScrapeBox doesn't have an email creator, it has an email scraper and when commenting on blogs you can use fake email addresses and ScrapeBox does have a fake email generator.
If you are concerned about making mistakes, you can start out using ScrapeBox in a passive way by scraping data, filtering lists, competitor analysis, keyword scraping there's so much it can do besides posting to blogs.

Yes ScrapeBox can create backlinks. Any time you create mass automated links you are taking a risk regardless what tool you use. What Google cannot detect today, they may detect in 6 months or 6 years nobody can predict that. So with that in mind always test things on sites that are not important, build links in moderation and use ScrapeBox to filter out lower quality sites.
You can use ScrapeBox to get quality links, this is a really old video but the principals are still the same today.
