I have looked through some of the entries in the list and there are some (not a deep dive yet) gems in there. It will save you time if you do not want to spend time doing keyword research (with the proper tools and most importantly, know-how required).
Besides the direct and explicit value provided from the list, you could for example disover niches you have never thought about (and start looking at "sibling/related" niches) and start digging into those.
Very happy with the purchase and I hope RealDaddy stops selling the list at some point as I am a bit worried about saturation in terms of the explicit value of the list.
