Yes, so far we have made it worked with English and languages that work using our alphabet and we're still working on it for Chinese, Japanese and other languages with other writing systems.

however I'm a bit confused of how the toll will work, when purchasing the tool/script do I need my own VPS/proxy to run it still or can I run it in a normal way from my pc?

It will check grammarly for plagiarism while scraping and if the articles don't pass the plagiarism check it wont scrape them. If they pass then it will scrape them and you can use them on your site.

If you mean plagiarism check then yes the scraper will check normally and will only scrape those articles that pass the plagiarism check. If they don't pass it doesn't scrape them.
We have a few scrapers running with five proxies but we recommend at least 10 proxies for it to work faster. I have sent you the details via personal message and you can send me the proxies when you're ready.
We were selling too cheap, our profit margin was too small and our business model was flawed.
