Anyone Using Paddle.com Payment Gateway?

A big NO to paddle.com and their service support is very poor. They suspended my account for selling PBN links and hold my money for 3months. After a 3rd month, I didn't receive the money and I contacted their CEO via LinkedIn he didn't check my messages. So I start sending a message to all their employees and I got my money back.
Paddle is not meant for selling PBN links. In fact, if you will have to deliver the product or service manually, paddle won't work for your business.

Paddle is great for auto delivery product or services like ebook, SaaS/software, courses, music, and video.

Yesterday, I got payout update for last month sales just at the end of the month as usual. They will pay according to schedule by 15th March.

I don't know about Paddle but I saw Hide.me VPN uses Paddle as their gateway when I was going to purchase 3 year VPN plan from them.
I paid through Paddle. So I think it is a good one.

I agree. I've been using Paddle to handle the subscriptions and checkout process for my main business (SAAS) for over a year and it has worked exceptionally.

Hi,
Does Paddle support site like online lottery? How strict are they and what do they need for setting up?
No they don't support such. I'm pretty sure.

How's your experience been with them? Any update?
I am still with them. No issues at all since 2018. That's about 4 years now. It's a good SaaS payment processor you won't go wrong with.

which type of service you providing ?
Software, ebook, courses. That's all I used them for. Now I sell service and that's why I stopped using them and moved to Stripe.

If your business model is SaaS-like, Paddle is great for it. No doubt, from my experience with them.

for ebook do they require authorization document from author?

What is their favorite website to get through their review?
I sell ebooks and they asked me for proof of resale :weep:((

for ebook do they require authorization document from author?
It's been almost 3 years since I don't use my Paddle account now. Migrated to other payment processors when I stopped selling ebooks and software. I am not sure what has changed in Paddle since then but way back in 2019, they didn't stress me about this or authorization and BS.

Hope you find your way around it. I see many digital download businesses using them and I think they are good. If all they required from you is some authorization document from the original author, it's a way to protect their system and keep it clean. Better get the doc hopefully you aren't into plagiarism and illegal shit. So go get the doc man! OR prove that you own the ebook originally. It's easy-peasy. Why are you stressed?

I need to ask your experience
Is paddle conversion high?

No way I'm sending the website to you. Wanna help but no, thanks.

Started making sales with them this month itself. I made two sales off my ebook. $57 each, total $95 after tax removal. I believe I should get paid the gross total earnings I will accrue till 30th this month, on the 15th of next month.

I'm positive and see nothing to worry about.
looks like they changed the law I created an account they asked for country ID and portrait,
for websites they ask to upload power of attorney
