And another thing I will say that most of you probably don't do & you should, is yell at the site that ONLY takes PP.

Tell them that PP scams companies all the time & that you boycott them now & if they want their money they MUST get a real merchant account.

Most smaller sites only take PP & it irks me to no end.

If enough people bitch to them, they will have no choice.

Many reloadable cards don't pass fraud protection just so you know. Only if it's a really good one from a credit card company.

I'd be curious to see if this one would with BTC of all things on it.

Of course it all depends on the Merchant's fraud settings.

Virtual card? Really? I believe you can actually set up a Stripe account and connect it to Relay Finance (relayfi.com) or Payoneer or Wise or Just google for yourself any similar opportunity like these international virtual banks.
I would ditch PayPal in your case.
