you can actuallly sell paypal accounts - just ask the client for first and last name, explain that you can do even 10 accounts on the same name. NEVER had though someone would think to create on their own name and sell to others create on their names.

Am I missing something here?
If you ask for the clients name does that not mean that the name on the ID and utility bill needs to be the same as well?

The guide works for each and everyone doesn't matter of the location or citizenship.

With this guide you will be able:
1. Create PayPal stealth accounts.
2. Sell PayPal stealth accounts
3. Teach other people to create PayPal stealth.

THINGS YOU WILL NEED TO KNOW:

1. Your first and last name are just OKAY, You don't need to change the document in anyhow or photoshop as you have heard previously - this is wrong info to force you to buy PayPal Stealth accounts from other sellers.

Upon Paypal asking for document ID the only thing you HAVE to do is to retake pictures of the SAME DOCUMENT you sent last time. I know it looks risky, but have a lot of PayPal accounts in my own name and they are all running fine.

This is because Paypal doesn't store your picture at all, it only looks at the image, if it seems legit - they approve. The only thing they store in their database is the image metadata - so if You are going to use the SAME image from your computer it will end up in suspension because they will catch You. Cropping images, making lighter/darker effects on the current image doesn't work 100%. To be safe - TAKE a NEW PICTURE OF YOUR ID, DRIVER's LICENSE, OR PASSPORT.

2. Your date of birth also stays the same, even though you were suspended before.

your name and date of birth are NOT the values where PayPal can link up your accounts. There can be multiple hundreds of people with the same names and dates of birth. So don't worry about it.

3. You register Paypal COM in a Europe country. You can actually pick any of them, it's all the same. ( currency will be whatever you want, you can withdraw your EUR USD GBP or any other currency to VISA CARD without a conversion fee. If you wish to withdraw money to your Bank account ( only IBANS are accepted in EUROPE) this means your funds will be converted to EURO. So to save money on the conversion fees, use a VISA card to withdraw, it's only a one-time FEE. (BEFORE WITHDRAWING - write to support, to change particular VISA card currency to the one you wish, it's very easy, no tricks for there)

4. Choosing the location of your PayPal Stealth account
You have to pick a location that is storage, houses, and shops ( not well known of course) and make sure the zip code is right for the location you chose. Don't choose random address that doesn't exist or Hospitals, large supermarkets, etc.

5. You will need VCC to confirm the account or a standard VISA card to confirm your details. For this scenario, you can actually buy VCC or use your own banking card. The address on the banking details can be different, it's fine, but make sure the ZIP codes are the same ( you can change banking details info in the settings of any banking app)

I highly suggest using WISE or ICARD - as they don't provide ANY info to Paypal, just your name, so your account will be confirmed immediately. Also, WISE and Icard provide virtual cards ( WISE - unlimited amount, iCard- up to 20) So there will be no issue with your visa card when creating a Paypal account.

After you understand this part right here's a step by step things you have to do in order to create a PayPal Stealth account

1. Create a new user on your computer ( mac or windows) - You can also use VPS, but it's totally fine to use separate user on your computer.
MAKE ADMINISTRATOR RIGHTS TO THAT USER AND NAME IT PROPERLY ( DIFFERENT THAN OTHER YOUR ACCOUNTS)

2. You will need the new IP address and dynamic IP works well there. ANY VPN is good, as long as it's fresh and matches the country of your registration location. So if it's Germany, order Germany location VPN, and make sure it's fresh.

3. New email, new phone number ( that country phone number you are registering) - new VISA card or VCC
THAT'S WHAT WILL BE ASKED DURING THE REGISTRATION PROCESS.

4. You will not be asked for documents upon registration, only on very rare occasions, if this happens. follow the steps above with your document, retake pictures and upload pictures to PayPal. it will pass verification unless you will photoshop it. so make sure you upload real documents.

if You are not a Europe citizen it's totally fine. You can register an account on PAYPAL COM with Europe address and declare it as you are a USA citizen, living in EUROPE. They don't care, even if you are from PAKISTAN, they only care that you are in EUROPE NOW.

HOW YOU WILL USE IT - IT'S BASED ON YOU. DID IT FOR MANY YEARS, SHARING, BECAUSE EBAY IS NOW USING MANAGED PAYMENTS, SO IT'S NO LONGER NEEDED FOR ME.

Your browser is more restrictive than you think when it comes to sharing computer data. There is no way for a website to tell what your OS username is. If you have had issues when using the same OS user then you have likely had some nasty cookies or other persistent data that gave you away. Instead of going through the hassle of creating a new OS user every time, you should be able to achieve the same results by simply using a different browser profile.

Depends on what you intend to use the account for, as a stealth paypal account, it's going to be safer for you to always use that VPN, as every single sign in is logged.

Perhaps this is true in the general sense but there are ways it could theoretically obtain such information under certain conditions, if I'm not mistaken. Though that means it can't get it every time or from every user, I would argue it's still better to be safe than sorry. After all, without going into the technical details of it all, what's to say a website couldn't host a php script that can call and store the output path of your home or user directory and then because the OS username is usually used in the the folder path, then there's the giveaway.

But, again, there's caveats to my oversimplified scenario described; hence, just better safe than sorry. IMO

What you've described is simply impossible because a PHP script is run on the server which means that it does not have access to your machine's resources. People tend to speculate a lot when it comes to evading unknown security mechanisms, especially those who have some idea of how technology works, but oftentimes their assumptions are flawed. Its a typical display of Dunning–Kruger effect. And that's fine, you can't know everything.

But to make things clear, modern browsers limit what information they give away about your machine because of security reasons. Getting OS user information is impossible unless you're using Internet Explorer (not Edge) that will run ActiveX under special security settings.

I suppose I stand corrected, and it seems by your allegations, I was mistaken. Though I was willing to admit I could be wrong, it was not until your response was I made aware of my "flawed assumption". To be clear, and as I had prefaced by saying in the general sense, I'm not suggesting that it's a simple task or one that, in this case, could or would be one that PayPal would employ as I'm referring to something beyond the scope of what you've initially meant to point out; which involves far less than legal actions. Therefore, I will concede to your point.

To clarify, the more applicable example would have involved using a JavaScript applet and hooking the browser to exploit it and while it may gather some system information, OS user information, as you mentioned, can not be retrieved in this way. But, once exploited, (and again, going far off-topic to the point you were making as this now introduces a malicious actor as opposed to what might be in place for "security" on Paypal), with integration of Metasploit and a call to the meterpreter...you can probably see where I'm going with that. in any case, I digress. In hindsight, it was probably just a matter of semantics and being particular to very rare circumstances or unrealistic situations that wouldn't likely apply for my own hypothetical. But, since I don't have any experience in doing any of that, it seems I was entertaining a bad habit that consisted of my being succumb to the Dunning–Kruger effect.
