In all cases I tested they rejected sites with pure duplicate content.

Sure. In my case it was like:
- buy expired domain;
- fill domain with placeholder content that is not duplicate (in my case content from Webarchive worked like charm) - I did it with 5 - 10 pages filled with content and got approved several times;
- make sure there are all required pages eg. Pricacy Policy;
- wait until all pages get indexed;
- apply to AdSense
- get approved
- fill domain with whatever you want, but remember that there is always risk of getting your site banned for T.O.S. violations

Would you actually need a physical server with these insanely expensive GPUs or could you set up the project locally and when actually running it, it would use rented GPU power from a place like this? https://vast.ai/#pricing

at this point when I'm scaling and running my servers 24/7 I would just rent a server with a GPU

train on huggingface if you need to fine-tune because fast/cheap
