Kucoin KYC verification keeps failing....

Hey BHW!

I'm trying to get KYC approval on Kucoin (KC) but they keep rejecting it. I've sent them my passport, my Singaporean ID, my driving license and a selfie with my name, the date (in the correct format) and the Dynamic Code.

I think the problem stems from the fact that I live in Singapore but I'm not Singaporean and my passport is UK but I'm not sure.

Can anyone help or point me in the right direction? I'm stalking KC employees on Linkedin too.

Better to reach out to their support and tell them the problem you are facing.
I dont think your ID/location is the issue here.
