Bulgaria has also a 5% dividend tax. Total tax in BG=15%
Romania has 1% on up to 1m eur turnover + 5% dividend =6% total.
Cyprus has 12.5% flat with no upper limit (Soon to be 15% because of the OCED proposal of min 15% taxation for companies)

It's not that easy as you think. Even if you use foreign bank accounts, you'll need to withdraw your money from ATM. And ATMs in Turkey probably charge around 10% fee (yes, they always say less but I tested almost all) for USD-EUR withdrawal. And it's pretty risky because tax officiers can track this. (I recently received an email about that the Swiss bank I use has started sharing info with Turkey)

So if you receive the money from USA, you won't need to pay VAT (normally you pay 18%, because of service export law). Just open a company, create Wise Business IBAN for your company and start invoicing. You will need to pay 15-20% (income tax) yearly, I think it's not that bad. Yeah, there are some taxless countries but $1.8K is not enough to move there.

Ah, at the end if you don't want to pay tax because you hate your country (I understood so if you didn't misstype it), go move to America and pay more tax

Dude, you are not even on the $10K/month scale, and you're thinking about 0 tax, the cheapest offshore setups out there cost X10 your current salary, you should think about that when you got huge money there, not now, & even then you should know there is no such thing as 0% tax, there are low tax heavens where you can register your business and have your bank accounts & savings, or even get a residency, but almost all setup out there will fuck you up if you don't know what you're doing or you can't afford an expert.

Wise is highly regulated and they report your accounts to authorities automatically just like banks

Getting passports in tax havens are expensive you are looking from $100,000 to 1M US to get 0% income tax or %0 tax on foreign income.

Don't avoid tax. That's fraud.

Instead of taking the money in your personal account, open a business (type of business depends on the country. Talk to a CA). Then take salary from your own company (take as much as it will be tax free. On top of that, you can show certain expenses like home loan as write off from your personal account. It depends on the country as well). For expenditures, use your company account (BE SURE TO SPEAK TO YOUR CA). Those expenditures can then be shown for tax write off.

Go to a crypto country like Portugal or a family friendly taxes country.

You only need to stay in Portugal for 6 months and 1 day more.
Then in your other country you need to stay 5 months and 30 days.

Doing this is legal, because you are a Portugal resident and you spend more than 50% of the year there. Only that the rest of the time you are in other country on vacation or work.

You shouldn't think about it, you should focus on advancing your career and making more money, the %15 is still very low compared to other countries.
